Freelance Experts provides a platform for businesses to hire skilled professionals in various fields, including but not limited to web development, graphic design, social media management, and virtual assistance. Our freelancers are vetted and operate on an hourly or project-based pricing model.

Section 1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during the account creation and service purchase process.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Section 2. Service Rates and Payments

  • Hourly rates range between $7.50 and $8.75 per hour, depending on the service and freelancer’s expertise.
  • Payments must be made in advance through the platform’s available payment methods.
  • Taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Section 3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds for unused hours may be issued if requested within 14 days of purchase, subject to review.
  • If a freelancer fails to deliver agreed-upon work, customers may request a refund or replacement freelancer.
  • Cancellation of ongoing services must be communicated 48 hours in advance.

Section 4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide clear and detailed instructions for tasks and projects.
  • Respond promptly to communications to avoid delays.
  • Refrain from any abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior when interacting with freelancers or staff.

Section 5. Freelancer Responsibilities

Freelancers working under Freelance Experts agree to:

  • Deliver high-quality work within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally.

Section 6. Intellectual Property

Any work produced by freelancers under your engagement becomes your intellectual property once full payment has been made. Freelancers retain the right to use their work in their portfolios unless a specific non-disclosure agreement is signed.

Section 7. Confidentiality

Freelance Experts and our freelancers will not share or disclose your personal or business information without your consent, except as required by law.

Section 8. Limitations of Liability

Freelance Experts is not liable for:

  • Delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances.
  • The quality or outcome of work delivered by freelancers beyond reasonable quality assurance.
  • Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.

Section 9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between clients and freelancers will first be mediated by Freelance Experts. If resolution cannot be achieved, the matter may be escalated to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. 

Section 10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform for violations of these Terms, misuse of services, or non-payment.

Section 11. Changes to Terms

Freelance Experts reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
